Privacy
Last updated 17 June 2026
This site is run by Danila Golovaty, illustrator. If you write to me through the form or by email, here is what happens to what you send.
What I collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your email, and the rest of the fields (work type, size, quantity, country, city, and your message). That is all. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no advertising.
Why
To read your request and reply to you about it. Nothing else.
Where it goes
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to my inbox at contact@dangolovaty.com. Web3Forms handles it as a processor on my behalf; their own terms live at web3forms.com/privacy. After that your message sits in my email like any other letter.
How long I keep it
I hold enquiry emails for as long as I need to deal with your request, then I delete them. Ask me to remove yours sooner and I will.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to contact@dangolovaty.com and I will sort it out.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
This is a plain notice for a small art portfolio, not a full legal policy.
